Welcome back to school!

Hello everyone! We hope you have a really nice break. As new semester begins, we would like to inform you that we will still have the weekly organic food sale on Tuesday as normal. However, for the paper recycling competition, because we did not get as good response from M.4-M.6 as we got from M.1-M.3, we are going to limit the award to only the classrooms of M.1-M.3. We will still provide the classrooms of M.4-M.6 the recycling box, so feel free to bring used paper to recycle!

Organic Food Sale on Parents Meeting Day

On the 11th of September, the PSC will be selling organic fruit snack to the parents. This will be a good time for them to learn what students have done to contribute to the society. Don’t forget to tell your parents to come support us!

The winner of paper recycling competition for August 2010 is 343 who brought 15.5 kg of used paper! Great job! This month will be a Dough Nut Party on Thursday the 9th. We hope you will enjoy it!

Get a stamp!

We have come up with a promotion to satisfy regular customers of our organic food sales. For every 15 baht paid, you will receive one PSC stamp. Each stamp is equivalent to 1 baht, so with 15 stamps, you can get a bottle of milk for free. With 18 stamps, you can get a free cup of yogurt, and so on. But if you want something more than that, save up to 100 stamps or more. Bring the coupon to us, and we will surprise you!
Don’t forget to start collecting the stamps!

Organic Food Sale

We started our first organic food sale today, and it went very well! Thank you everyone for supporting us. We totally made 698 baht; part of the gain came from generous donators (thank you so much!). We will spend most of the money on buying treats for the classroom that wins the paper recycling competition as a way to reward those have eagerly participated.
We will be doing this every Tuesday. The offer includes organic dairy products and fruit chips. Those who did not purchase anything this time should try our products next time, since organic food is healthy and good for the environment. See you guys next week!

PSC on TV

On the 25th of April 2010, 14 members of the PSC went to Maepimporn Temple, Samutsongkarm with Thaivolunteer Nonprofit Organization to plant trees to mitigate climate change. Channel 5 came to shoot its Kla Kid Kla Tum (be brave to think and act) program on that day. We would be on TV on the 5th of May to send green message to all kids around Thailand! We all were proud of what we had done!

Pizza Party

The winner of paper recycling competition for November is 341 who brought 8.2 kg of used paper. We hope you guys enjoyed the pizza party.
We got totally 46 kg of used paper this month which would cut down 33 kg of CO2 when recycled.

Good job everyone! Thank you!
